I don’t have an actual affirmation for you today but I do have a recommendation. Everyday, as part of my practice of meditation, I also practice the art of Tai Chi. This combines meditation with a series of physical movements that promote core strength and the flow of Chi throughout your body.
I know that since you are reading my affirmations that you have a dedication to reaching a higher degree of self-awareness and self-fulfillment. We practice affirmations, meditation, self-hypnosis, NLP and many other techniques to achieve our goals and life purpose. These are all great things to do but, just as important is taking care of the vessel in which our mind and soul exist. It is all for naught if we lose our physical health.
It really does not matter what kind of physical exercise you do but, it is important to exercise to maintain your body so that you can enjoy the pleasure of total self-fulfillment.
BTW-just did a review of the “Five Rituals” at http://wealthsuccessreviews.com. Personally, I feel that Tai Chi or Yoga are at least as effective, if not more so, that the so-called “Five Rituals.”
Tai Chi is my personal choice but the important thing is that you get some sort of exercise. It does you little good to develop a success mindset if you cannot enjoy it because you have let your body go to pot and you are in a state of daily suffering.
Final note: For those who already have physical problems, there is a whole series of chair exercises for Tai Chi that will help you maintain your physical health.
